Bill Uhl '56 led the Flyers to a No. 2 national ranking, the highest our men's basketball team has ever reached—so far. Uhl wants the Flyers to continue their winning tradition and to reach even higher. That's why he created a bequest for an endowed scholarship to support the future of the Flyers. "We chose to give through a bequest because of the longevity of it. We (Uhl and his wife, Cynthia) can continue to do good work," Uhl said about the decision. "We want the special experience student-athletes have at the University of Dayton to continue year after year., for decades to come." Read more of their story here
